ORDER ISSUES
Once my order has been placed, can I change my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as we can, so there's little time to make adjustments.
If you have NOT received tracking information, we may be able to cancel your original order so you can place a new order with the correct items. Please email info@littleseedjournals.com with "Cancel Order" in the subject line. Please include your order number and the name used to place your order.We'll try our best to help you out, but we offer no guarantee that your order can be cancelled or modified.
If you have already received tracking information, we're unable to change the items included in your package.
We cannot process exchanges for different products. We recommend submitting a return for a refund, then placing a new order for the right product. When your return is received, we'll inspect it and process the appropriate refund, if applicable.If you have NOT received tracking information, we may be able to change your delivery address in time. Email info@littleseedjournals.com with "Change Address" in the subject line. Please include the following:

If you have already received tracking information, please reach out to the carrier to see if they can update your shipping details.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How do I track my order?
When your order is ready to be shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
How long does shipping take?
USPS is experiencing significant delays due to carriers facing increased volume. Unfortunately, these conditions are out of our control. Please allow a few additional business days for tracking updates and delivery, beyond the provided shipping estimates.
Orders require up to 1-3 business days for processing, then the delivery estimates apply.
We ship from Washington on business days: Monday-Friday PST
Processing and shipping times may be subject to delays during holidays, inclement weather, and global events.
I think my order is lost. What should I do?
If you do not see an update on your tracking information for more than 8 business days, please contact the carrier to inquire about your package.

My package is missing an item. What should I do?
If you receive your package and find that an item(s) is missing, email info@littleseedjournals.com with “Missing Item” in the subject line. Please include the following:
Order number
Name used to place your order
ONE photo including all items received
My tracking says “Delivered” but I can’t find my package.
If you receive a notice that your package has been delivered, but you can’t find it at your door or in your mailbox, it’s possible the carrier prematurely marked your package as delivered.
The carrier is responsible for local delivery. Pamplemousse Kid Shop cannot reimburse or re-ship missing orders that were mis-delivered or stolen.

PAYMENT
I forgot to apply a coupon code. Can I still get the discount?
We’re sorry - We can’t retroactively apply coupon codes or discounts once a transaction is complete. All discounts must be applied at the checkout page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards.
All prices are listed in USD.
RETURNS
Can I return my order?
Return requests must be made within 15 days of placing your order. After 15 days past purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. Please email info@littleseedjournals.com with “Return Request” in subject line.
All items must meet these requirements:
Unused,
In the same condition that you received it, and
In all of it’s original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item.
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow two weeks from the date we receive your returned item for your refund to be processed.
WRONG ITEM & EXCHANGES
If you received the wrong item and need to exchange it, email info@littleseedjournals.com with “Wrong Order” in the subject line. Please include:
Name
Order number
Photo of all items received in your package (ONE photo with all items)
To exchange journal colors, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange. Exchanges are dependent on inventory availability.

Do you offer bulk orders?
Email us at info@littleseedjournals.com for all bulk inquiries and see if you order qualifies for a bulk discount! Please include desired quantity for each applicable product.
Journal Color Disclaimer.
Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and that everyone sees these colors differently. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
